We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Hygiene Exception: For health and safety reasons, jewellery items such as earrings and nose rings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at . We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs: If the item is defective or the error is ours, VDeliversu will cover the return shipping costs.

For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 Business Days and will be automatically credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal).
